I reached back out two weeks later to get me a car he was off that day but they contacted him and he came in on his day off to and worked his magic to get me what I wanted and got my payments where I wanted and again had the best personality. Andrew made me feel welcomed from the start of the process That I was interested is a Santa Cruze Truck . It perfect little truck to get in and of/ to haul minor things . The process was so easy We were there late Saturday afternoon about 5pm and by 8pm I was approve and driving home my 2024 Hyundi Santa Cruze .i now feel like apart of the Hyundai Friendship Family.

My 2018 Tucson 1.6 Turbo transmission failed at 45,500 miles. I brought it into Jake in service and they took excellent care of me. They provided a loaner SUV and replaced the entire transmission under the 10 year 100k mile power train warranty, and it didn’t cost me a dime

Andrew King stayed 2 hours after the dealership closed to help us finalize the deal. The previous weekend he helped us find the right car after allowing us to test drive 4 or 5 vehicles. He even identified a potential concern for our family based on our kids activities and their sports equipment gear that would not fit in a specific vehicle. He understood our budget and worked with his manager and the dreaded finance manager. ( that was a joke, they were all great ). The car market is not ideal but we were in a bind with my wife’s van. He aligned with our concerns being that we haven’t had to purchase a vehicle in over 15 years. Go see Andrew he will do his best to take care of your family’s needs. I have now bought two cars from Friendship Hyundai. The sales people were helpful and friendly but not in the least pushy. They answered all my questions and had some good suggestions of what to look for. The service department does a good job also. In another decade or so, when it's time to look for another car, this will probably be the first place I look.
